WARRANTY REGISTRATION MUST BE SENT TO BCM BEAUTY PRODUCTS WITHIN 14 DAYS OF PURCHASE The company guarantees that your appliance has been manufactured to the highest standards and specifications. It has been designed to give good and reliable service, provided it is installed and operated in accordance with the manufacturer’s instructions. To avail yourself of this guarantee, it is important that you read the following terms and conditions carefully.Important that you present this Guarantee letter together with the Invoice or the Cash Sale. Terms and Conditions of Guarantee This guarantee applies to all working parts and labour. This guarantee applies to the original purchaser of the appliance and is not transferable to third parties. By guarantee it is meant the repair and/or substitution of spare parts which may result defective. Small and portable appliances are to be brought over by client. The guarantee does not apply if the appliance is serviced by other than the company’s representative. Guarantee does NOT cover: • The body parts made of plastic, wear and tear, glass, ceramic, rubber, vitreous enamel, lamps, wires, pipes and light bulbs. • Rust problems. • Appliance on which the product label has been removed. • Products purchased not from our company. • Guarantee claims without proof of purchase (receipt and guarantee). • Faults arising from power supply fluctuations or any other problem related to the electricity supply. • Products which aren’t used for their use or carelessness • Regarding facial steamers / microdermabrasion machine, customers need to take care to clean it more often especially when humidity is much higher than some other places. • Regarding Vibrating Body Massage (G5), pinching cables is not covered under guarantee. • Item needs to be brought personally to our office, we don’t cover collection and delivery. Repair or replacement under the terms of this warranty does not give right to a new starting of the warranty. Customers are requested to retain the guarantee during the stipulated period and keep it handy to present to us upon request. Failing to present the guarantee, the customer will be required to pay for the service and, if any, for spare parts
