1. The roller must be pre-cooled before use. Place the roller head or the entire roller in the freezer for at least 4 hours.

Allow the roller to cool slightly to prevent the extreme cold causing burns or the roller sticking to the skin.

You must roll over a single area three or four times before moving on to the next area.
