Maintenance of hair, skin and nails. Vitamin A helps to keep the skin under normal conditions. Biotin (H), Zinc (Zn) and selenium (Se) contributes to the maintenance of normal hair. Zinc (Zn) and selenium (Se) contributes to the maintenance of normal nails.
Hormonal regulation. Vitamin B6 helps regulate hormonal activity.
Immune system and nervous system. The Folate and Vitamin D contributes to normal functioning of the immune system. Vitamin B6 and B12 contributes to normal functioning of the nervous system.

Active ingredients.
Silicon. Great unknown that is related with metabolism nails, skin and hair. Vitamin E and Magnsesio. Act in synergy
