Formul Powder Bleach Black 9+ 500gr
Charcoal bleaching powder with built-in Plex. Detoxifying formula with activated charcoal. Lightens up to 9 levels or more. Non-volatile. Vegan product.
Ideal for use with quick-flashy, speedy highlights, cotton, or foil techniques. Formulated with PLEX and veganconditioning agents for maximum protection. Directions: In a non-metallic plastic bowl, mix the bleaching powder with 10 vol (3%), 20 vol (6%), 30 vol (9%), or 40 vol (12%) developer using a 1:2 dilution ratio. Application time varies depending on the desired result. Do not exceed 45 minutes. Check hair frequently during application. Do not use additional heat.
